librsvg2-2.18-cil software package provides CLI binding for RSVG 2.22, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install librsvg2-2.18-cil
librsvg2-2.18-cil is installed in your system.
Make ensure the librsvg2-2.18-cil package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep librsvg2-2.18-cil *
You will get with librsvg2-2.18-cil package name, version, architecture and description in a table
